​In August, the Clinton County Canine Club donated $1000 of dog food, treats, etc. in collaboration with Sue Patnode of Tails of the Adirondacks, Plattsburgh and Rob Duprey of Duprey Feeds, Chazy to Elmore SPCA.  The event was sponsored by Palmer’s Veterinary Clinic.
