Effective February 2016, the Clinton County Canine Club discontinued their Spay/Neuter program that offered vouchers for Spay/Neuter assistance.

Please be advised that Elmore SPCA currently offers Spay/Neuter assistance through a program called SNIP.  Additional information is available at the Elmore SPCA website - www.elmorespca.org
