Please read through this email in its entirety, then complete your registration online. Once the online registration is complete, please mail your payment to:

Registration forms must be completed by September 29, 2017 and
all payments must be received by October 2, 2017.
A confirmation of receipt of both forms and payment will be sent out via email.
Classes will be held on Saturday mornings and will begin on October 14th and end on December 16th. Ten class sessions are scheduled.
The fee schedule is as follows:
For Members
Full Season/ One Dog/ $75.00
Full Season/ Second Dog/ $45.00
Pay As You Go/ Second Dog/ $5.00 per session
For Non Members
Full Season/ One Dog/ $115.00
Full Season/ Second Dog/ $54.00
Pay As You go/ Second Dog/ $6.00 per session
The classes will be divided in two sections:
Set up 8:45 -9:00
Instructor led: 9:00 to 9:30
Each instructor-led class will focus on specific fundamental handling skills.
Self-led: 9:45 to 11:00
Tear down 11:00 to 11:15
The time frame allotted for each class session may be modified based on enrollment/ participation.
The practice barn is located at 91 Duquette Road, West Chazy, (Town of Beekmantown). The facility is Lynward Stables. Parking is located at the rear of the facility.
Please follow these guidelines for barn practices:
1. Please adhere to the 5 mph speed limit in the driveway leading to the barn. The owners have a small children and dogs, so please keep a watchful eye out.
2. All participants are expected to help set-up and stow away equipment for the practice sessions. We can begin setting up for the first class starting at 8:45 and all equipment must be stowed away after the last class by 11:15.
3. Potty your dog in the yard outside the barn. Poop has to be picked up and brought home with you.
4. Unless you are running your dog during class, please keep your dog on leash or crated (both inside and outside the barn).
5. Please note that the barn protects from the elements (wind, rain and snow), but it is not heated; dress appropriately for the outside temperature.
A weekly poll will be sent out via email regarding your attendance for the upcoming Saturday. Your prompt reply is requested.
Classes may be canceled due to predicted hazardous road conditions or extreme cold. Unfortunately, we cannot schedule make-up classes, nor issue refunds because the club has to pay for barn rental for all scheduled classes. Decisions on cancellations will be made early enough to ensure that everyone receives sufficient notification.
A porta-potty will be available for attendees’ use.
The pre-requisite policy is copied at the end of this email. If you are applying for a class waiver, there is a place on the registration form to indicate such. Your request will be reviewed by the agility committee and you will be notified of the decision.
